Founded in 1996, Protos Consulting is a chemical engineering consultancy that offers operations analysis, project management, specialized witnesses and technical services to customers around the world.
With vast international and regional experience in the industry, together with associates in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, ensures that a wide range of tasks can be carried out, from business process studies and supply chain optimization projects, to expert witnesses, technology assessments, market analysis and industry studies.
Project management services include sustainable process plant development for alternative fuels, process simulation and front-end engineering design.
Constantino is an experienced consultant with more than 40 years of experience in oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals and alternative fuels.
He is an expert in gasification and Fischer-Tropsch technologies and holds an Australian innovation patent for large-scale production of clean liquid hydrogen.
He worked on large refinery upgrade projects in China with Honeywell and UOP and with Dolphin Energy and Qatar Petroleum in the Middle East.
In recent years, he has also provided specialized consulting on alternative fuels, logistics and supply chain distribution, and product pricing in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. He served as an expert witness and provided expert testimony in arbitration and court proceedings in Australia and New Zealand.

Naiara Almeida is the CEO of ProtosCapim Consultoria Sustentável, in addition to being a partner of Capim Pimenta Cosméticos Naturais e Veganos, a company created in partnership with her sister, Leia Almeida Director of Capim Pimenta, Master in Pharmacy.
Together, they share a dream: to develop a line of natural and vegan cosmetics that take care of people and the planet, aligning science and sustainability in each product.
With a trajectory of more than 15 years in representation and sales, the consultancy was born with the purpose of improving the quality of cosmetics, through research focused on the development of new bioactives.
