Biography
Constantine (Costa) Tsesmelis is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with more than 40 years of industry experience in oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, alternative and renewable fuels. In his role as Technical Director of ProtosCapim, he leads the company's LH2 Green innovation efforts and international JDP initiatives, and provides expert advice and consulting services for Genuine sustainability.
Costa also has significant experience in GTL/CTL and Fischer-Tropsch technology and holds a patent for large-scale Clean Liquid Hydrogen (LH2) production through his consulting firm Protos Consulting International. He provided expert advice on alternative fuels, logistics distribution and supply chain and pricing in the EU and the Asia-Pacific region, and also provided expert testimony in arbitration and court proceedings in both Australia and New Zealand.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Fuel Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Chemical Engineers Institution and Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered in the United Kingdom.

Naiara Almeida is CEO of ProtoSCapim Consultoria Sustentável, in addition to being a partner of Capim Pimenta Cosméticos Naturais e Veganos, a company created in partnership with her sister, Leia Almeida, Director of Capim Pimenta and Master in Pharmacy and Chemistry.
Together, they share a dream: to develop a line of natural and vegan cosmetics that take care of people and the planet, aligning science and sustainability in each product.
With a trajectory of more than 15 years in representation and sales and quality sector, the consultancy was born with the aim of improving the quality of cosmetics, through research focused on the development of new bioactives.
